Delete your SheYo.Ai account
You can erase your account and everything you made in SheYo.Ai at any time. Choose whichever way is easier for you.
Delete it in the app
The fastest way, and it takes effect immediately.
- Open SheYo.Ai and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Privacy & safety.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm with Delete.

Request deletion by email
Write to us from the address linked to your account. We may ask you to verify that you own it, then complete the deletion within 30 days.
Email support@sheyo.aiPlease include the email or sign-in method you use for SheYo.Ai. Do not send your password or verification codes.
What gets deleted
- Your profile: name, bio, tagline, avatar and age
- All conversations and messages
- Memories, moments, comments and likes
- Notifications and character relationships
- Linked Apple or Google sign-ins
- Your sign-in email, replaced with a non-working anonymised address
What may be kept
Residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period, and we keep records required by law (such as tax or fraud-prevention records). Anonymised records that can no longer identify you may also remain.
